BOSO Matsurizushi(makizushi) cooking

Makizushi  “rolled sushi”, norimaki or makimono “variety of rolls”) is a cylindrical piece, formed with the help of a bamboo mat known as a makisuMakizushi is generally wrapped in nori (seaweed), but is occasionally wrapped in a thin omelette.
Boso is the old name of Chiba.  BOSO Matsurizushi is local cuisine.
